Media by JP Mercury is a peer-to-peer video calling service that allows users to conduct video and audio calls, share screens, chat, and optionally record sessions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit illegal, harmful, threatening, or obscene content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Record calls without consent of all participants
• Use for any commercial purpose without authorization

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your sessions
• All activity conducted through your sessions
• Obtaining consent before recording calls
• Complying with applicable privacy laws

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JP Mercury LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

7. Recordings

If you enable recording:

• You are responsible for notifying all participants
• You must comply with local recording consent laws
• Recordings are stored temporarily and should be downloaded promptly
• We are not responsible for lost or corrupted recordings

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific connection quality
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Security of peer-to-peer connections

9. Limitation of Liability

JP Mercury LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
